At Glo Detail, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Below, you'll find our policies related to returns and refunds. We encourage all our clients to review these terms thoroughly before availing our services.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not 100% satisfied with the detailing service you've received, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will evaluate the situation and determine the best course of action.
2. Refund Policy: Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. If a service was not performed to your satisfaction, please reach out to our team. After assessment, if we determine a refund is warranted, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
3. Cancellations: If you cancel before 48 hours you will not have to pay the cancelation fee.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $40 cancelation fee to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.
4. Damage Claims: Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the claim and address it appropriately.
5. Limitation of Liability: Glow Detail's liability for any damage claims will be limited to the cost of the service rendered.
