Rain is typical in Chicago, so we come prepared for any weather! Our mobile units are equipped with canopies to handle any weather. Because the canopy needs some space to set up, there will have to be at least 5 feet of clearance around the vehicle. If it’s raining hard and the wind is above 20 miles per hour, we may need to postpone our appointment.

Detailing Chicago Northwest Side, Detailing O'Hare, Detailing Park Ridge, Detailing Norridge, Detailing Rosemont, Detailing Glenview, and all surrounding areas within 20 miles of O'Hare. 

Yes, we can! All we need is access to electricity and water. We carry extension cords for water and electricity as long as 100 feet, so it's easy for us to access power.

If you don’t have access to water or electricity, we’ve got you covered. Contact us at 773-851-7636 to schedule an appointment. There are many options for dropping off your car. you can either have a friend drop off your car with you so they can give you a ride home while you’re waiting for it to be cleaned, or you can use Uber/Lyft. There is no need to worry if you live someplace without access to both water and electricity. We are here to help!

If you cancel before 48 hours you will not have to pay the cancelation fee.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $40 cancelation fee to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.

We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ above for further information. Cancelations made within 48 hours of booking an appointment will be charged $40 to make up for the lost time slot.

Yes, tipping is normal in the industry. However, there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Car Care Specialist.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason, please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
